Finish by garnishing with scent leaves and steaming until your pepper dish is ready.

Grounded Egusi
Procedure:
Combine your Egusi, onion, and beef in a bowl, ensuring a thorough mix. In a pot, pour oil, chopped onions, and locust beans, stirring to fry for a few minutes. Add blended pepper to the pot, stirring as you incorporate seasonings like salt and Maggi.Pour in the Egusi mixture, stirring well, and allow it to simmer. Add beef or chicken and stir, letting it cook for a few minutes before adding vegetables.
Combine everything well and let it cook.
Your soup is now ready, and you can serve it with your favorite swallow.

Fonio Grain
Procedure:
Pour a cup of fonio grain into a blender and blend into a fine powder using a blender. In a separate bowl, mash bananas and mix in vanilla, sugar, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
Transfer the fonio flour to another bowl, add baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, ensuring a thorough mix of the dry ingredients. Combine the dry and wet ingredients, stirring until you achieve the desired texture.
Grease your baking pan with oil, pour the batter into it, and bake for 40 minutes. Your fonio cake is ready.
