The taste is quite nice but there's a lot of dirt, chaff, and large particles. It could also be crunchier.

The garri is sour and it will be nice if they dont over ferment the cassava/yuca. The packaging seems good, but the garri did spill in the box when it was delivered
Was skeptical after reading the reviews but decided to try it. Overall, I was pleased with the product.Pros:Package: The package has been upgraded to a sturdier white bag. No spills at all and it was shipped by Amazon in a lightly padded envelope.Taste: The taste was a pleasant surprise. Definitely Ijebu/Egba garri. The real deal for soaking or cooking.Cleanliness: super clean. No black bits or stonesCons:Grain size: The garri is coarse, typical of the garri you find at many African stores in t…he US. This wasn’t an issue for me because it was an easy fix. I popped it in my food processor/blender for like 5 minutes and grinded it down to a grain size I prefer.Overall, the taste made me give it a full five stars. I only get this taste level when my Mum buys it herself in Nigeria.

I like it it served as swallow
This ijebu gari has the fermented taste that I used to eat at home. It is good for drinking and making EBA. The grain texture is very good and consistent. I also like that the Gari is very clean.
